Family brings Guatemalan fare to the region
PHOENIXVILLE — The lure of the picturesque, cosmopolitan colonial town of Antigua, Guatemala, is obvious. Founded in the 16th century, the cultural city that boasts Spanish-style mansions and gardens aplenty served as the capital of the Spanish-controlled region known as the kingdom of Guatemala for more than two centuries’ time.
